• Partner: Julie Kitchener has taken staging classes and will be ready to help stage your home for optimal showing feedback.  We help with suggestions to get your home ready to "sell".
• We provide you with a constant flow of advertising, target marketing in local and statewide newspapers and publications.
• We advise holding open houses. We perfer three or four hour long opens on Sundays versus the usual two-hour opens. Longer times mean more buyers to your door.
• Our advertising encompasses local newspapers, single property websites, a company Web page, KirbyandJules.com website,  Realtor.com, RMLS on line, advertising to all agents in the CBB network and other local real estate companies. Direct mail postcards are sent in and around your local areas and targeted communities.
• High definition "wide angle" color digital photo's of your home and yard are used to make a virtual video tour and are also uploaded to the RMLS, Realtor.com, CBB website and our personal website. We also send a URL property link brochure to all area real estate companies
• Full color brochures will be displayed inside you home with information about your school system and other pertinent information, including disclosures.
• A yard sign with brochure box will alert potential home buyers of you home's qualities and sale price.  Kirby's cell phone number is on the sign, not the companies front desk number.  So when a buyer inquires about the property it comes directly to Kirby.

Credentials

• Kirby is a college graduate from a branch of New York University where he graduated with a business degree ( AAS ). He has worked in sales for over 30 years. Working with the same company, CBB for over 15 years.

• Kirby has been selling residential real estate with Coldwell Banker Burnet for over 18 years.  His wife Julie has over 4 years of experience.
• He is a member of the Diamond Society, graduate of real estate institute and relocation specialist.  We are up-to-date on computers and programs and take on going continuing education classes throughout the year.
